About this event
Ale Gonzalez will give a biomechanics presentation based on the Franklin Method with demo rider, Kallie Hilyard. Lunch will be served. Bring a chair. You may also audit other sessions of the clinic on Saturday or any other day. Rides may still be available by contacting Miriam as described in the flyer below.
Kallie Hilyard will be riding her horse, Good Mistake, barn name Digger, an OTTB that she adopted in January of 2024. The first year she just let him be a horse and did lots of ground work. He's been in somewhat regular work walk/trot and a little bit of canter since March. They've had some hiccups due to health issues with Kallie, but he is the best baby. They are taking it slow!
Kallie is a secondary science teacher at an Alternative School for At-Risk Youth in Hernando County. She have been riding her whole life but mostly lower levels. She has done dressage and eventing . Kallie has been married for 32 years, has 1 son and lives on a small farm.
